Prof. Madina Tussupbekova (Country Director -Kazikistan)
Prof. Madina Tussupbekova is a candidate of pedagogical Sciences, an associate professor of the foreign languages department of the philological faculty of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Kazakhstan. She has more than 150 scientific articles and educational publications in English, Kazakh, and Russian Languages. She has presented several of these publications in national and International conferences as Science in the Modern World (Russia, Kiev), Integration of Scientific Community in Global Issues (Japan, Osaka), Science, Technology and Higher Education (Westwood, Canada), European Conference on Education and Applied Psychology (Vienna).
Dr. Wathsala Atukorala

Dr. Wathsala Atukorala is a highly accomplished professional with an impressive sociology and library science background. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Peradeniya in Sri Lanka. Subsequently, she achieved two master’s degrees—one in sociology from the University of Peradeniya and the other in library science from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. Building on her academic achievements, Dr. Atukorala pursued a Ph.D. in Library Science at Wuhan University in China.
Presently, she serves as the Deputy Librarian at the Sripalee Campus of the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. In addition to her role as Deputy Librarian, Dr. Atukorala is a visiting lecturer specializing in research methods, library management, and research ethics. Her passion for teaching and expertise has made her an invaluable mentor to aspiring library professionals.
Dr. Atukorala’s exceptional contributions to her academic discipline have been recognized by her being awarded the esteemed Alexander Von Humboldt fellowship in Germany. This noteworthy achievement highlights her exemplary research work and distinguishes her as a leading scholar. She is currently a guest scholar at Fern University Library, engaging in further research and collaborations and cementing her position as a thought leader and innovator in library science.
Throughout her career, Dr. Atukorala has made significant contributions to the library and information science field. She is a respected and accomplished professional dedicated to advancing library science through research, teaching, and leadership.
She has authored several books and written numerous research articles, both locally and internationally, focusing on social media and library marketing. Her extensive knowledge and expertise continue to make invaluable contributions to the academic community and the broader library and information science field.
Mr. Raza Saleem Khan
